Notting Hill Carnival

Carnival celebrates its 60th anniversary this year and so is particularly significant. It means a great deal to many Londoners, particularly Caribbean communities, and has been an important part of London’s culture for six decades.

Two million people are expected to attend over the two days.

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers are among our 7000 Police colleagues and 3500 stewards that work long hours each day to ensure the safety of everyone there.
